Eurofins Scientific, founded in 1987 in Nantes, France is the world leader in Food, Pharma and Environment testing. In 2005, Eurofins established a testing laboratory in Suzhou, China for Food, Feed and Pharma testing owned by Eurofins Technology Service (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. In May of 2010, the Pharma Central Laboratory was moved from Suzhou to Shanghai and developed into an independent laboratory for Pharma Testing.
Based on our strong foundations and certifications in Food, Pharma and Environment testing, significant financial strength, and the strong support of our traditional customers (such as retailers, importers, etc.), Eurofins also entered the Consumer Products Service field under the name of Eurofins Product Testing, investing in and building upon the laboratories in Shanghai and Shenzhen with complete testing capabilities for consumer goods in 2009, as well as an independent sales office in Hong Kong.
In the short time since 2005, Eurofins (Food and Feed) Suzhou, Eurofins (Product Testing) Shanghai and Shenzhen obtained CNAS accreditations and were approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China as qualified providers for inspection and testing of imported & exported goods.

- Eurofins Suzhou is also accredited by DAkkS, a German laboratory accreditation body.
- Eurofins Shanghai and Shenzhen have also received a number of accreditations by CPSC, CBTL and CMA.
With strong growth and development in the testing market over the past several years, we have achieved huge gains in business development, been endorsed with additional international qualifications and progressively improved customer acceptance.
